Normally we ship your order the same business day we receive it. Shipments and deliveries are not made on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.

Orders delivered to Canada and other International destinations will be charged the actual US Postal Rate. The customer is responsible for all taxes and duties.

If you are not pleased with any purchase simply return the merchandise for an exchange or refund. At Upscale Scrubs, our job isn´t complete until our customers are satisfied. All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by a receipt.

Exchanges and Returns

Unused items may be exchanged or returned in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase. No returns or exchanges available on personalized items. All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by a receipt.

For returns, simply place the items in the box with the invoice. Be sure to include your credit card number that you wish to be credited and a brief note explaining the return. Ship insured packages to the below address. Allow 30 days for credit to show on your statement.

To exchange an item, place it in the box with a copy of your invoice and a note explaining what you want replaced. Be sure to include your shipping address. Allow 14 days for exchanges, unless otherwise stated. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of the manufacturer’s defect.
